This in-person programme is your introduction to the key principles of coaching and mentoring.

It’s designed to give you the skills, tools, and confidence to successfully use a coaching and mentoring approach.

What Happens on the Course?

📅 Saturday 31st May – 9:00 AM to Sunday 1st June – 3:00 PM

Day 1 – The Foundations

  • What coaching and mentoring is (and what it’s not).

  • How to ask structured, open questions that spark insight and reflection.

  • Strengthening active listening skills—tuning into what’s really being said.

  • Coaching structures that help people make changes.

Day 2 – Going Deeper

  • Exploring what drives behaviour and how to work with it.

  • Holding space with confidence and coaching through uncertainty.

  • Using coaching and mentoring tools to create meaningful shifts.

  • Time outdoors to reflect and integrate learning.
