This programme is for you if you want to fine-tune your coaching, build confidence in complex situations, and feel inspired by new ways of working.
For coaches who have a base knowledge of coaching and are accredited or have completed the Go Differently, Coaching and Mentoring Essentials.
This is an ICF CCE (RD) aligned course.

When and How…
The Go Differently Advanced Coaching course will begin when you arrive on Friday 21st March at 5:30pm and finish on Sunday 23rd March at 3pm.
Day 1:
Arrive at Brathay Hall on the shore of Lake Windermere and settle in.
We will create a relaxed atmosphere where you can start to say hello, whilst sharing a meal together.
After dinner we will:
Set intentions by starting with clarity, connection, and shared hopes.
Cultivate a boundaried and safe space for sharing thoughts, ideas and experiences.
Day 2
Today will be about exploring the place and the programme content. We will do this outdoors for part of the day. Giving you the opportunity to experience the magic of the Lake District.
We will focus on:
Deep listening and observational skills to notice subtle shifts and insights.
Learn to create emotional space, ease tension and hold space for meaningful reflection.
Explore the concept of self-trust and how you build authentic connection.
Day 3
Today will begin with a gentle morning activity to awaken our body and mind, (optional).
Our aim is to:
Shift from hope to meaningful, values-driven action.
Explore what commitment entails and how to sustain change.
What’s included:
16 hours of guided learning by a certified coach facilitator, (Incudes a Saturday evening session).
Resources to take away.
Delicious food whilst on the programme, (2 evening meals, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches).
Two nights of single occupancy accommodation at Brathay Hall, Ambleside, LA22 0HP.
A recognised ICF CCE (RD).
