Through experiential learning and reflective practice, you’ll build a strong foundation that you can draw on throughout your career.

This programme is perfect if you’re new to coaching or looking to revisit the essentials.
If you’re ready to learn the core skills that make a great coach—active listening, effective questioning, and creating a safe space for people, this programme is for you.
This programme isn’t a shortcut to becoming an expert coach, nor is it about ticking off coaching hours.
It’ll give you coaching tools and insights you can use, not just in your career, but in everyday life too.

You can choose to join this course either in-person over a weekend or online in six three-hour sessions.
Both options are designed to give you the same hands-on, reflective experience, with plenty of space to connect, learn, and grow.
Whether you prefer the energy of a weekend together or the flexibility of online sessions, you'll get the same practical insights and tools to take your coaching further.

Advanced Coaching Skills
For coaches who have a base knowledge of coaching and want to deepen their practice.

You can choose to join this course either in-person over a weekend or online in six three-hour sessions.
These options are designed to give you the same hands-on, reflective experience, with plenty of space to connect, learn, and grow.
Whether you prefer the energy of being together or the flexibility of online sessions, you'll get the same practical insights and tools to take your coaching further.
In-person weekends and online masterclasses = 15 CCE hours (or attendance hours).

If you learn by doing then the in-person programme may play more to your strengths. If you need flexibility then our online sessions will give you the same practical insights and tools to advance your skills.
