This in-person programme is your introduction to the core principles of coaching and mentoring.
It’s designed to give you the skills, tools, and confidence to successfully use a coaching and mentoring approach.

When and How…
The Go Differently Coaching and Mentoring Essentials course will begin when you arrive on Saturday 10th May at 9am and finish on Sunday 11th May at 3pm.
Day 1
Arrive and settle in. We will create a relaxed atmosphere starting with intentions and sharing our hopes for the programme.
Throughout the day we will:
Explore what coaching and mentoring is, and is not.
Learn how how ask structured and open questions that spark insight and reflection.
Strengthen active listening skills: Tuning into what’s being said.
Explore coaching structures that support people to make changes.
Day 2
Today will be about exploring the place and the programme content. We will do this outdoors for part of the day. Giving you the opportunity to experience the magic of the Lake District. Starting with an optional activity to awaken mind and body.
Our focus will be:
Exploring what drives behaviour and how to work with it.
How to hold space with confidence and coach through uncertainty with ease.
Delving into coaching/mentoring tools, theories and concepts to promote awareness.
What’s included:
12 hours of guided learning by a certified coach.
A beautiful and bio-diverse setting in green space.
Located in Cumbria/Lancashire with easy access to travel links.
Resources to take away.
Delicious food whilst on the programme, (2 lunches).
A recognised CPD Certificate.
Access to advanced Go Differently Coaching courses.
