This course is for those who would like to consider new ways of leading, in a connected and

thoughtful way.

Why Go Differently?

Through experiential learning and reflective practice, you’ll:

  • Build a genuine and reciprocal relationship with nature that goes beyond the theory.

  • Discover how to be with nature in a way that works for you.

  • Be guided by an expert coach facilitator with 20+ years of working with people and nature.

When and How…

Our Reciprocal Leadership with Nature programme will begin when you arrive on Friday 12th September at 5:30pm and finish on Sunday 14th June at 3pm.

Day 1:

Settle in to the place. We will create a relaxed atmosphere where you can say hello to people and nature. We will share a meal together and afterwards begin with a walk in the late summer evening, sharing stories and building relationships.

Day 2:

Today will be about exploring and co-creating the programme content. We will be in green space with home comforts close at hand.

We will focus more deeply on:

  • Purpose and meaning-making with nature’s support as co-coach.

  • Discover how nature can provoke mindset shifts and enhance creativity.

  • Nurture our appreciation and capacity to renew and inspire through connection.

  • Experience what happens when we fully immerse ourselves in nature.

Day 3:

Today will begin with a gentle morning activity to awaken our body and mind.

Our focus for the day is to co-create ways of increasing well-being:

  • Consider how to strengthen connection fostering a long-term commitment to well-being.

  • Explore what ‘connection’ means for you and how you might lead with nature.

  • Sit lightly with what comes up, trusting there are many ways to go differently.
