This is the Future of Coaching.

As the coaching landscape evolves, it’s becoming clear that the future is about much more than individual achievements or career progression. It’s about fostering holistic wellness—mental, physical, social—for individuals, teams, and communities. This year, my vision is to align coaching with a broader, more impactful mission that integrates personal and professional development with care for the planet. Here’s how I plan to make it happen:

My Aims for the Year

  1. Increase the well-being of coaches, facilitators, and leaders.

    • By offering in-person and online events designed to support professionals in feeling good and functioning well, I aim to create spaces where they can recharge, reflect, and rediscover their energy and purpose.

  2. Improve client, team, and group well-being through empowered professionals.

    • You as coaches, facilitators, and leaders hold the potential to influence so many people. By equipping you with tools and insights grounded in positive psychology and nature-inspired knowledge, we can amplify your impact on the people you serve.

  3. Enhance the natural world through profit-sharing initiatives.

    • Supporting nature is as crucial as supporting people. This year, I’ll contribute to more than human regeneration through volunteering and profit-sharing initiatives, ensuring that the work we do together also gives back to the world we live in.

How I’ll Achieve This

  • In-Person and Online Workshops: These events will blend experiential learning with practical application. They’ll provide tools for you to improve your own well-being and, in turn, support your clients and teams more effectively.

  • Leadership Grounded in our Lived Experience: With over a decade of experience in positive psychology and nature-based facilitation, I’ll bring evidence-based solutions to help you tackle modern challenges. My approach combines research-led strategies with deeply human, down-to-earth 'realness'.

  • The Intersection of Development and “Therapy with a Small T”: Coaching is evolving into a space where personal and professional development intersects with therapeutic practices—without crossing into the domain of therapy. By addressing the whole person, we can foster resilience, build capacity, and support with genuine care.

Anticipating the Shift

The shift toward holistic wellness is here. People are no longer satisfied with a narrow focus on career or skills; they’re seeking balance, connection, and purpose. This year, I’m inviting you to prepare for this change by exploring what it means to:

  • Integrate mental, physical, and social health into your coaching practice or leadership role.

  • Equip yourself with tools that support sustainable growth—for you, your clients, and the planet.

  • Join a movement that’s about thriving, not just surviving.

Join the Journey

The coaching landscape is changing. Together, we can shape a future that prioritises well-being for individuals, teams, and the planet. Whether you’re a coach, facilitator, leader, or someone curious about this evolving field, I invite you to be part of this journey. Let’s make this year one of purpose-led regeneration—for people and nature.

Let’s also hold our situation lightly, with care, compassion, and love, as we navigate this transformative journey together.
